For HSP Italia, I developed content and campaigns focused on high sensitivity, working across copy, visuals, and short-form narratives to make complex emotional topics accessible.

For HSP Italia, I developed content and campaigns focused on raising awareness around high sensitivity, with the goal of translating complex psychological concepts into clear, practical, and relatable materials.


I worked on copywriting, concept development, and narrative direction, creating thematic posts, educational formats, and short-form narratives focused on self-awareness, emotional decluttering, relationships, and personal boundaries.


My work included the creation of editorial series (“Yes–Maybe–No”, “Emotional Decluttering”, “Acceptance–Aspiration”), visual concept design, and the definition of the brand’s communication language: empathetic, clear, and non-therapeutic, but oriented toward understanding.


The goal was to provide immediate and accessible reflection tools without oversimplifying the content. Both visuals and texts were designed to guide the user through a process of listening, clarity, and self-assessment.


HSP Italia was a parallel project alongside my main activities, where I combined writing, communication, and psychological sensitivity into a structured, educational, and visually consistent format.
